Practitioners run on an appointment system in order to minimise wait times, however, urgent problems take priority and will of course be appropriately triaged. Appointments can be made by phoning the surgery or by booking online via the adjacent link.

Practitioners can offer phone consultations for straight forward issues where it is not clinically necessary for the doctor to see you in person. Some examples where this would be appropriate would be a repeat script, or receiving results. If you are unsure whether or not a phone consultation is suitable please call the practice to discuss.

Please call the practice on (07) 3408 1333 for any urgent issues or if you can not find your appointment type listed on the online booking system. Examples include: Travel Health, Implanon, Surgical procedures, Careplans, Health Assessments, Pre-employment / Insurance medicals, any appointments with the nurse.
